Housing Inventory Count/Point in Time Count (HIC/PIT)
ACT is pleased to be coordinating the 2023 Annual Housing Inventory Count/Point in Time Count (HIC/PIT) of people experiencing homelessness for the State of Connecticut scheduled to be held at the end of January 2023. The HIC/PIT count will include a count of people living in shelters and transitional housing - the “sheltered” count -- as well as an “unsheltered” count of people living on the street or in places not meant for human habitation.
We are pleased to have the continued support and expertise of both Housing Innovations, LLC and Nutmeg Consulting LLC as partners in this upcoming HIC/PIT process.
