To become a member of ACT, download and complete the Letter of Understanding for Membership, and mail it with a check for your dues to the attention of Maribel Santana, Director of Training & Member Services, ACT, 110 Bartholomew Avenue, Suite 4000, Hartford, CT 06106. Membership Category #1: FULL MEMBER
Application for Full Membership is open to all nonprofit agencies that provide supportive programs for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Applicants agree to the conditions of membership outlined in the Letter of Understanding for Membership, and have met and agree to continue to meet the criteria as established by the Board of Directors.
Membership Category #2: AFFILIATE MEMBER
Application for Affiliate Membership is open to all nonprofit agencies and individuals that intend to provide or are interested in supportive programs for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Applicants agree to the conditions of membership outlined in the Letter of Understanding for Membership, and have met and agree to continue to meet the criteria as established by the Board of Directors.
Membership Category #3: CORPORATE MEMBER
Application for Corporate Membership is open to all corporations that are interested in financiallly supporting AIDS service organizations in Connecticut. A list of benefits is outlined here. Requests can be made by emailing John Merz.
