St. Philip House provides eight units of scattered site housing at its facility in Plainville. The agency also has additional scattered site units in Plainville, Bristol, Farmington, and New Britain.
St. Philip House provides case management, including the coordination of medical, legal and other services, transportation, on-site laundry services, educational, creative, spiritual and recreational group activities, periodic on-site support groups, assistance with daily chores, and financial management assistance. Twenty-four hour cell phone coverage is also available.
The program serves individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The program services individuals who are relatively independent yet require support and assistance in obtaining services. Persons with a history of substance abuse must be clean for six months prior to entering the program. St. Philip House will serve persons living with HIV/AIDS from any geographic location.
