Omega House, a program of Perception Programs, Inc., is a ten-bed, supportive living facility located in Willimantic. Residents enjoy their own bedrooms and share a bathroom with up to 2 other residents.

Services Provided

Omega House offers supportive care in a recovery-oriented environment; case management and advocacy for state benefits, medical and transportation assistance; HIV education; laundry and cooking facilities; budgeting assistance; vocational guidance; life skills counseling and training, referrals for substance use disorders, mental health counseling services, and relapse prevention. Linkage to community supports such as twelve step groups, support groups; visiting nurse and medication adherence nursing services is also provided.

Population Served

Men and women 18+, of any race or ethnicity, who are living with HIV/AIDS who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our clients are expected to be capable of independent living. Omega House accepts individuals from any geographic area. Clients may stay up to two years, as long as cooperative living guidelines are honored.
