Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project operates a scattered site housing program for adults and families.
The agency provides housing and all housing related programs, case management and advocacy services, individual and family counseling, support groups, transportation, a food pantry, food vouchers, computer/library access, and emergency financial aid. The agency also provides drug treatment placements and has many prevention programs.
Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project operates a scattered site housing program that serves individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. Direct and indirect services are provided. Substance users must enroll in a treatment program prior to or upon admission. The agency serves individuals from the towns of Norwalk, Westport, Weston, and Wilton.
