McKinney House of Stamford was first opened in 1989 for single individuals living with HIV/AIDS in need of supportive housing who wanted to stabilize their health and their lives and move back into the community.

Currently McKinney House is a 15 bed congregate housing facility for single adults living with HIV/AIDS.

Services Provided

McKinney House offers case management, medical advocacy, a food pantry, computer/internet access, transportation and referrals to services in the community such as substance abuse, medical and dental services, mental health, support groups, NA meetings and legal services.

Inspirica offers a Jumpstart Career Program that consists of an Employment Service and Vocational Training. The Inspirica Jumpstart Career Program is offered free to all Inspirica residents and program participants.

McKinney House provides housing for single homeless adults living with HIV/AIDS. McKinney House serves individuals from all geographical areas.
