Hands On Hartford
Hands On Hartford Housing provides individuals and families (including those living with HIV/AIDS) with safe and affordable housing and related support services, through same site and scattered site programs.
Hands On Hartford provides intensive case management services, support groups, recreational and education activities, financial management assistance, transportation and supportive counseling. In addition, Hands On Hartford provides rental assistance and support services to individuals and families working to obtain and maintain safe and affordable housing. Tenants also have access to a food pantry, recreational activities and volunteer opportunities. Tenants of the HOH Center for Community enjoy the independence of their own apartments with the support of staff available around the clock.
Serves adults living with health conditions including HIV/AIDS. Scattered site supportive housing serves individuals and families with children under the age of 18 living in apartments in the community.
