Join us for our 11th Annual Art Grab at Hands On Hartford!
To ensure the health and safety of our guests this year's event will feature two nights with 1/2 hour time slots for each group of no more than twenty ticket-holders.
Winner's Circle ($500) and Exclusive VIP ($200) guests will attend on Thursday, August 6, 2020, 6-6:30pm. VIP ($100) guests will attend on Thursday, August 6, 2020, 6:45-7:15pm. General Admission guests will be randomly assigned to one of five time slots on Saturday, August 8, 2020, 5-8:30pm. Guests will each receive one complimentary glass of wine and pre-packaged snacks to ensure there is no cross contamination.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are purchasing more than one General Admission ticket and would like to ensure that you and your partner or friend(s) receive the same time slot, please be sure to purchase all of your tickets within the same General Admission group (e.g. Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, or Purple).
Anyone wishing to participate in the Art Grab virtually can do so by indicating their preference when purchasing tickets. Virtual participants will receive instructions by email prior to the event. PLEASE NOTE: Although you won't be physically present, you MUST be available throughout your assigned time slot in order to participate.
Art Grab - How It Works
As usual, the individual order of each group will be determined by lottery at the event. Participants will be asked to come forward based on the number of their Art Grab ticket (received at check-in). Until your number is called, please give others room to move forward, making sure to properly physically distance from the other guests. Each guest will be given adequate time to choose their piece before the next guest is called. Once you grab a piece, please make room for the next participant to make their selection.
